Seil Community Cinema screens films in the hall, twice a month on a Saturday from October to April. The cinema has a full size screen and surround sound. Suggestions for films to be shown are welcomed; we endeavour to show a mixture of blockbusters and more niche films of all genres.
Doors open at 1900 and the films start at 1930. Tickets are available on the door, cash or card, and are £8 (2024/5). There is a ‘tuck shop’ selling soft drinks, zero beers, crisps and nuts etc; cinema-goers are welcome to B.Y.O.B. if there is no bar licence.
Volunteers are always welcome to help set up the equipment and man the door (and bar, if there is one).
